1. About UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL

UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL provides education information, university and programme guidance, application support, document coordination and related international student recruitment services.

2. Eligibility to use our services

You must provide accurate information when registering or using our services.

Where you are using our services on behalf of another person, you must have appropriate authority to do so.

3. Your student account

If you create a UNISEARCH student account, you are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential;
• using a secure password;
• not allowing unauthorised persons to use your account;
• telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not use another person's account without their authority.

4. Your information and documents

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, authentic and not misleading.

You must not upload or submit:

• false academic qualifications;
• misleading personal information;
• documents belonging to another person without appropriate authority.

UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL may pause an application or request additional verification where information or documents appear inconsistent, incomplete or potentially inaccurate.

5. Applications and representation

Where you ask UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL to support, prepare or submit a university application on your behalf, you authorise us to use the information and documents you have provided for that purpose.

You also authorise us, where reasonably necessary, to communicate with relevant universities, education institutions or authorised application partners concerning your application.

Some institutions may require separate applicant-authorisation or agent-consent documentation. Where required, you may be asked to complete additional consent before UNISEARCH can act on your behalf.

6. University decisions

University admission decisions are made independently by the relevant university or education institution.

UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL cannot guarantee:

• admission to any university or programme;
• a conditional or unconditional offer;
• a scholarship or funding award;
• acceptance of particular documents;
• a particular application-processing time.

7. Offer conditions

Where a university issues a conditional offer, you remain responsible for satisfying the conditions within the deadlines set by the institution.

UNISEARCH may assist you to understand the conditions and coordinate supporting evidence, but final verification remains with the relevant institution.

8. CAS, visa and immigration matters

Where applicable, UNISEARCH may help you understand administrative steps connected with CAS issuance, visa preparation or enrolment.

However:

• CAS decisions are controlled by the relevant university;
• visa and immigration decisions are controlled by the relevant government or immigration authority;
• UNISEARCH INTERNATIONAL does not guarantee a visa or immigration outcome;
• you remain responsible for complying with immigration requirements and supplying accurate information to the relevant authorities.

9. Deadlines and communications

You are responsible for:

• checking your student account and email regularly;
• responding promptly to document requests;
• meeting university and immigration deadlines;
• providing requested evidence on time;
• checking important information before submission.

UNISEARCH will use reasonable care in providing support, but delays caused by missing information, third parties, universities, public authorities, technical problems or matters outside our reasonable control may affect processing times.

10. Fees and third-party costs

Where a UNISEARCH service requires a fee, the price, scope of the paid service and any applicable refund terms should be communicated before you commit to that service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees charged by third parties are separate.

These may include:

• university application fees;
• visa or immigration fees;
• English-language testing fees;

• other institution or government charges.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, portal or database;
